Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our STANWOOD HOLIDAY
FAIR brought to you by the Stanwood Farmers Market, located in Historic
Downtown Stanwood, WA at the Box of Good Warehouse (8504 Cedarhome Dr).

We take pride in serving the communities of Stanwood, Camano Island, Warm
Beach, Silvana and beyond - by offering the highest quality food products while
providing small family farms, food processors and artisans an enjoyable
environment to sell their goods.

2025 Holiday Fair November 22nd, 10 - 4pm.

● Vendor Application Deadline: Sunday, October 17
● Acceptance Notifications: Friday, October 24
● Final Payments Due: Friday, October 31

We are pleased to offer three booth and fee options to vendors, listed below:

1. ONE 6' table $45 - 14 available (power may be available upon request)
2. Two 6' tables in "L" shape $100 - 4 available (no power)
3. 6’x6' booth area $90 - 16 available (no power)

By applying to participate in the Stanwood Holiday Fair, you agree to abide by
all event terms, conditions, and guidelines listed in the Rules and Regulations.
If your business includes staff or assistants, please ensure they have reviewed
and understand these rules before attending the event.

The Stanwood Farmers Market Board of Directors and the Market Manager
reserve the right to accept or decline any vendor application. Submission of an
application does not guarantee placement at the Stanwood Holiday Fair.
